Company

Calpardo develops practical instruments for embedded-network engineering. We’re starting with CalparLink-T1S, a focused tool for 10BASE-T1S bring-up, recording, and debugging.

Built as a complete tool.

We develop the hardware, desktop software, and documentation together so the complete workflow is part of the product, not an afterthought.

Engineering in-house

Product definition, hardware, desktop software, and documentation are developed at Calpardo. We keep the first instrument centered on repeated T1S recording and debugging tasks.

Manufacturing and assembly

Our model uses outsourced manufacturing and assembly, with product requirements and validation kept at Calpardo. Production arrangements will follow the engineering work.

Direct customer relationships

Direct conversations and limited evaluations will help refine the first release. We plan to sell the hardware directly, with the core capture and review software included.

How we're building Calpardo

We're starting with one instrument and a complete desktop workflow. Practical feedback and test results will guide what we release next.

  1. Current work

    Develop one complete tool

Build and validate CalparLink-T1S alongside its desktop application and documentation. Keep the first product focused on recording, reviewing, and repeating useful T1S checks.

  2. After technical validation

    Evaluate it on real tasks

After technical validation, work with a small number of engineers on defined tests. Use their feedback to refine setup, capture, and review before a wider release.

  3. When ready for release

    Release with clear support

Publish tested specifications, supported operating systems, documentation, and purchase terms when the product is ready.

  4. Guided by recurring needs

    Expand from proven needs

Improve the first product before adding more. Consider additional instruments when recurring customer needs justify them.

Starting with 10BASE-T1S.

Our first focus is CalparLink-T1S, combining dedicated hardware with a straightforward desktop workflow for repeated T1S testing.

The product is currently in development. Pricing, release timing, and final supported configurations have not been announced.

In development
  • 10BASE-T1S recording
  • External digital-event timing
  • Desktop workflow

Planned desktop support

Windows · macOS · Linux

Power target: qualified USB-C or regulated, current-limited 7–24 V DC.

Design targets, subject to hardware validation. A valid barrel supply has priority; uninterrupted handover is not guaranteed. Final limits and connection instructions will follow validation.
